Nephrology Introduction

Division of Nephrology is a dynamic subspecialty dedicated to diagnosing and treating complex kidney disease, including managing electrolyte imbalances and hypertension. As one of Malaysia's premier transplant centres, we perform a wide spectrum of kidney transplant operations, ranging form routine cases to high-risk ABO-incompatible trasnplants. Our expertise extends beyond transplantation, offering specialized care for dialysis access interventions and providing comprehensive management for pregnant women with kidney disease. We also provide 24-hour inpatient haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services, including haemodiafiltration and plasma exchange, ensuring round-the clock support for our patients' need.
